ALMOST THE END

With a hand in date looming and a degree show to construct in a week you might say I'm a tad stressed.  But as I always say, the fear is good!!!
Anyway, I thought I'd give you a look into how my current project is coming to a close.
One of the images I have uploaded is a thumbnail board of my fashion sample collection.
With a starting point of delicate structures, I took inspiration from butterflies and other winged creatures as well as intricate lace and crochet designs.  Colours expressed through the wonderfully delicate wings and bodies of butterflies have bled through my silks, chiffons and suedes to create a delicacy refined by laser cutting techniques and other material effecting processes.

The photo images don't look half as good as the samples themselves but the colours are still beauts.
